A tag is whatever slice of Metro Nashville you want to keep an eye on — a department, a vendor, a technology, a street, a kind of contract. Surveillance is the default one, built in and adjustable on its own page. Anything else you describe below becomes its own tag, private to you by default, or made public to the marketplace for anyone to pick up.

Understand my wording with an on-device AI model

Off — runs a small model (Llama 3.2 1B) entirely in this browser via WebGPU, downloaded once (~900MB) and cached by the browser after that. Nothing is sent anywhere; every phrase it proposes still has to actually appear in a real matter before it counts for anything.

No model runs on our server — the only one in this whole app is the optional on-device one above, and even it only PROPOSES phrases; this reads your message the same way the site reads a bill's title (via eoreader7) and checks everything against real, already-read matters. A named Metro department is an exact match, never a guess.
